Martin 5-for-5 for Masconomet HS Monday, May 10th, 2027 It was a big day for Josh Martin and he brought the Masconomet HS Chieftans along for the ride. Martin led his club to a 15-5 victory over the John Jay HS Patriots today at Ghosts Ballpark, smoking John Jay HS pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. The 17-year-old shortstop later called the victory "pretty sweet." Josh Martin hit a two-run home run off Dave Lee in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Jason Williamson in the 4th, singled in the 6th, walked in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
