Agámez's Season Could be Over

José Agámez has to call it a season. The Coweta HS Tigers reliever sustained a season-ending injury against the Temiskaming District Secondary School Saints and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Agámez was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament and stated that he would not be able to play for 12-13 months.
To date he has nailed down 1 saves for his club. In 14 relief appearances, Agámez has 38 strikeouts in 30.1 innings with a 2.08 ERA and a 1-0 mark.
