Friday, June 16th, 2028
The future looks extremely bright for Brandon Davis. At the age of 18, many players are still trying to find their way in High School Stars League.
Davis has not only found his way, he's already established himself as one of the game's brightest stars, today being named the winner of the High School NL Outstanding Hitter Award.
"I didn't expect to hit .425 this year, that's for sure," the right fielder said.
The Jackson HS Swamp Bats star also put up a .584 on-base percentage this year, with 57 hits, 5 doubles, 1 triple, 17 home runs, 47 RBIs and 56 runs scored.
Corey Brown of the Oklahoma City HS Magicians finished second in voting, while Leroy Bates of the Grand Rapids HS Summit finished third.
