Celtics Matos Gone for Year Friday, April 28th, 2028 The season is finished for Marc Matos of the Dublin Jerome HS Celtics. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Celtics reliever suffered bone chips in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Shelby HS Rockets. Team doctors said it would take at least 9 months to heal. Matos has gone to the hill for 5 relief appearances this season, nailing down no saves while notching a 1-1 record with a 14.46 ERA.
