Great Day for Davis -- 5 Hits Tuesday, April 25th, 2028 It was a parade of hits for Brandon Davis of the Jackson HS Swamp Bats at Wasps Ballpark today. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Davis finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Swamp Bats to a 21-8 victory. "Davis was really good and we were really bad," groaned Wasps manager Leon Townsend. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Brandon Davis hit a solo-shot off Tim Bannatyne in the 2nd, hit a two-run single in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Álex Crus in the 4th, singled in the 6th, walked in the 7th, walked in the 9th and hit a two-run single in the 9th.
