Longhorns Morán Lost for Year Monday, May 24th, 2027 Playoff hopes of Longhorns player Fabio Morán have been dealt a blow today after tests revealed the left fielder suffered a torn calf muscle running the bases in today's game against Stanford Cardinal. Morán is expected to miss up to 6 months, effectively ruling him out of the playoffs. Morán is hitting .191 this year with 11 home runs and 38 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .291, 23 walks and scored 34 times. |
