Injury Forces Ralph Williams Out Wednesday, May 5th, 2027 Disappointing news today for Colorado Buffaloes fans. Ralph Williams was hurt throwing a pitch in their game against the Tennessee Volunteers and has bone chips in his elbow. Team trainers were hesitant to predict a date for return but said it was likely the injury will keep the reliever out at least 6 months. This year Williams has collected 1 save in 13 relief appearances. He has also compiled a 2-0 won-lost mark with a 2.42 ERA and fanned 25 batters in 22.1 innings. Opponents are hitting him at a .217 clip in 2027. |
