Bennett Extends Hit Streak to 20 Games Sunday, May 14th, 2028 "Things went well for me today. I got 1 hit and the streak is up to 20 games. But we didn't win the game. As you all know, baseball is not about personal accomplishments, its about winning." Those words were spoken by Edward Bennett of the Texas A&M Aggies to BNN after his club dropped a 5-1 decision to North Carolina State. Edward Bennett grounded out in the 1st, walked in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and struck out in the 9th. So far this year Bennett is hitting .404 with 22 home runs. |
