Pat Kirby Injured, Out for Season Wednesday, April 19th, 2028 The season is finished for Pat Kirby of the Texas Christian Horned Frogs. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Horned Frogs reliever suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Tennessee Volunteers. Team doctors said it would take at least 11 months to heal. This season Kirby has made 6 relief appearances and has no saves. His record is 1-1 with 12 strikeouts in 13 innings with a 8.31 ERA. |
