Hawkeyes Lose Griffin for Season Sunday, April 2nd, 2028 Denny Griffin will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Iowa starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Griffin was injured while throwing a pitch in the Hawkeyes-Buckeyes clash at Bill Davis Stadium recently. Doctors said he has shoulder inflammation and would be out a minimum of 5-6 months. |
