6-Hit Game for Miller Friday, May 21st, 2027 Some moments become linked with a particular player's career forever. Bobby Miller of the Salem Sledgehammers had one of those moments when he went 6-for-6 at the plate today in the 13-7 win over the Seattle Rainiers at Sick's Stadium. "I won't forget this anytime soon, and I don't expect it to happen too often," the 22-year-old second baseman told reporters in the postgame interview. "I'll be happy to just get a hit or two every day. Enough to hang around the league a while longer. Like 10, maybe 15 more years." Bobby Miller doubled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a two-run single in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
