Kemp Voted PIO Outstanding Pitcher Award Friday, October 27th, 2028 Arthur Kemp was the most outstanding pitcher in the Pioneer League this year and today was acclaimed the Outstanding Pitcher Award winner for his efforts. Kemp had a marvelous season, going 11-6 with an impressive 2.29 ERA in 33 starts. He struck out 230 in 184.2 innings and limited opposing batters to a .189 batting average. Scott Davis of the Surrey Sinners finished second in voting, while Luis Vargas of the Surrey Sinners finished third. |
