Sinners CF Osborn Gets the Cycle Thursday, August 17th, 2028 Jake Osborn accomplished one of the rarer feats in baseball today when he hit for the cycle against the Colorado Commanders in the 12-2 Surrey Sinners win at The Royal Gorge. Afterward, Osborn acknowledged that his accomplishment was special, but said he was more interested in helping the Sinners win. "Maybe one day I'll look back on this with more meaning, but right now I just want to go out tomorrow and put some good swings on the ball and help my club win another game," Osborn said. On his historic day, he went 5-for-6 with 4 RBI and 4 runs scored -- and also got a spot in the history books. Jake Osborn singled in the 1st, hit an RBI triple in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Domingo Cruz in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 9th.
