PIO Choice for Batter of the Month is Rush Tuesday, August 1st, 2028 Bo Rush is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Saskatoon first baseman joined that select company when the Pioneer League announced the results of July's voting. Rush totaled 32 hits, 15 walks, 3 home runs, 20 RBIs and 17 runs scored last month to put together a .372 batting average and .476 on-base percentage. This season Rush is batting .353 with 76 hits, 10 home runs, 50 RBIs, 57 walks, .495 OBP and has scored 48 runs. He has played in 75 games. |
