APL Player of the Week Goes to Nichols of Kenosha Monday, September 18th, 2028 All week long Marvin Nichols was the talk of the Appalachian League... his name and face were everywhere. So it was no surprise to anyone when he was chosen the Appalachian League's Player of the Week for his exceptional performance. Nichols put up a solid set of stats, compiling a .524 average (11-for-21) and contributing 4 home runs and 7 RBIs to claim the honor. So far this year Nichols is hitting .290 with 29 home runs. |
