Ricardo Gutiérrez Out for Season Tuesday, August 29th, 2028 Ricardo Gutiérrez will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the State College reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Gutiérrez was injured while throwing a pitch in the Spikes-Pilots clash at Dirty South Park recently. Doctors said he has a ruptured finger tendon and would be out a minimum of 4-5 months. For the season Gutiérrez is 4-and-3 with 2 saves and a 7.01 ERA. He has given up 138 hits in 111.2 innings with 119 strikeouts. |
