Lee's Summit's Cooper MSL #1 Batter in June Saturday, July 1st, 2028 When Dudley Cooper stepped up to the plate in June, he did it with confidence and today he was honored with the Midwest League Batter of the Month award. The young Lee's Summit first baseman posted a .412 batting average with 2 home runs, 22 RBIs and scored 28 runs. Cooper also worked pitchers for 18 walks to post a .485 on-base percentage. In this current campaign Cooper is hitting at a .378 clip with 5 home runs and 60 RBIs. |
