Season Possibly Over for Patrick Singleton

Patrick Singleton and the Lee's Summit Tigers got a bad break in today's game against the Meatheads as the team confirmed he will miss 5 months with a torn labrum. The Tigers starting pitcher suffered the injury throwing a pitch. The team doctor is confident he'll make a full recovery.
This year Singleton has a 10-8 mark in 18 starts with a 4.13 ERA. He has given up 103 hits in 109 innings, struck out 125 and issued 57 walks. Opposing clubs have compiled a .244 batting average against him.
