Midwest League Winner is Rush Monday, August 14th, 2028 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Midwest League, but last week Roger Rush of the Cincinnati Pride reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Rush rocked opposing pitching for a .500 average (10-for-20), 2 home runs and 9 RBIs to come away with the award. This season Rush is hitting .280 with 14 home runs. |
