Tommy Davenport Hurt, Out for Year Tuesday, September 19th, 2028 Tommy Davenport of the Iguanas just might have to call it quits for the season. The 21-year-old Kingston left fielder received a possible season-ending injury against the Butler White Sox recently at Pullman Park. Davenport suffered shoulder inflammation while throwing the ball. The Iguanas medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 4-5 months. This year Davenport is hitting .285, produced 85 RBIs and 12 home runs, scored 53 times and gotten on base at a .364 rate. |
