SNL Names Top Player of the Week Monday, May 29th, 2028 It was announced today by the Southern League that Salem first baseman Hamilton Hughes had received the Player of the Week Trophy for his superlative play last week. During his week-long batting binge he reeled off a .464 batting average, 13 hits and 4 home runs. Hughes also racked up 14 RBIs and scored 9 runs. This year Hughes has hit at a .319 pace and produced 48 RBIs, 11 home runs and scored 39 runs. |
