Gonzáles Honored, 2028 SNL Outstanding Hitter Award Tuesday, October 17th, 2028 Félix Gonzáles of the Wichita Wranglers had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Outstanding Hitter Award for 2028. The 25-year-old catcher put up a .290 average and a .400 on-base percentage, piling up 149 hits, 35 doubles, 1 triple, 44 home runs, 133 RBIs and 116 runs scored. José Salinas of the Beaumont Roughnecks finished second in voting, while Gabriel Erwin of the Wichita Wranglers finished third. |
