Season May Be Over for Power Adams

The season is ending on a bad note for Waylon Adams, first baseman for the West Virginia Power. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Adams was hurt against the Salem Silver Souls while running the bases. He suffered a broken bone in the elbow and will be out for at least 8 months.
So far this season Adams has gotten 93 hits in 378 at-bats for a .246 batting average with 25 home runs. His stats include 88 RBIs and 69 runs scored. He has played in 110 games.
