Cowboys Paul Barton Down and Out for Year Wednesday, June 14th, 2028 Earlier today, Calgary reliever Paul Barton had to leave the game against District 9 because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and will miss 10-11 months of play. Barton was hurt throwing a pitch and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. This year Barton has 3 saves, totaled 36 innings, allowed 28 base hits and fashioned a 1.00 ERA while racking up 35 strikeouts and a record of 2 wins and 1 loss. |
