5 Hits for Redwoods Green Saturday, September 16th, 2028 Speaking with reporters after a dominating hitting performance, Keith Green said his club's tilt with the Vancouver Vipers "felt almost like batting practice." The 23-year-old left fielder went a remarkable 5-for-5 at the plate. "I saw the ball well and could just about hit it anywhere I wanted," he recalled later. However, his sensational day wasn't enough for the Redwood City Redwoods, who were topped by the Vipers, 14-4. "It's a good lesson for him, I guess," Redwoods manager Tamotsu Sasaki said. "Sometimes Keith is going to lose. But I would rather him go 5-for-5 and lose than go 0-for-5 and lose."
