Santry Cracks 5 Hits Wednesday, August 30th, 2028 It was a sensational day at the plate for Chance Santry as he led the charge to a 15-11 win over the Broncos. The Gresham right fielder was pure misery for the Mile High pitching staff. He left them shellshocked with 5 hits in 6 at-bats in an explosive display of hitting. "Santry put the ball into play and he really hit it hard," said Patrick Patterson, manager for the Broncos, after the game. "When you do that, you've got a pretty good chance to do some damage. And that's what happened. I feel like we threw some pretty good pitches, but he just put some good swings on the ball." Chance Santry hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a two-run double in the 7th and flied out in the 9th.
