Indiana Hurler Tops in Outstanding Pitcher Award Voting Saturday, October 21st, 2028 Alvin Heath was the most outstanding pitcher in the International League this year and today was acclaimed the Outstanding Pitcher Award winner for his efforts. Heath had a marvelous season, going 13-9 with an impressive 3.41 ERA in 31 starts. He struck out 179 in 197.2 innings and limited opposing batters to a .271 batting average. Gene O'Neal of the Richmond Flairs finished second in voting, while Jason Drake of the Havana Rollers finished third. |
