Recovery Slow For Bats Dick Slagboom Sunday, September 17th, 2028 After being examined by team doctors yesterday, Bats catcher Dick Slagboom was told that his rehabilitation time would be increased to 1-2 weeks because he still had some pain and soreness. The medical staff did not want to activate him until he is totally healthy. Slagboom is recovering from back soreness. Slagboom is hitting .268 this year with 22 home runs and 81 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .455, 163 walks and scored 109 times. |
