Cabrera's Treatment Not Going Well, Suffers Setback Friday, September 15th, 2028 A bit of bad luck has fallen on the Louisville Bats today as they learned that second baseman Jesús Cabrera had suffered a setback in his recovery from a fractured wrist and will miss more time than expected. The team's doctors had been optimistic about the player's return date, but have now rescinded the original date. The initial guess at how much more time he'll miss is 6 days. Cabrera is batting at a .359 pace this season, picking up 135 hits in 376 at-bats with 8 home runs, 82 RBIs and 80 runs scored. |
