Tisnado Hits 3 Homers Against Louisville
Monday, September 4th, 2028
Jesús Tisnado brutalized the Louisville Bats pitching staff, launching three home runs in today's 11-5 victory at Bulldog Stadium. The Chattanooga Chinpokomon first baseman was red-hot, the ball just exploding off his bat all day.
"I don't try to hit homers," he said later. "I try to go out there and put a good swing on the ball, and sometimes it is going to go out of the park. I didn't try to hit the first one or the second one or the third one."
For the game, he went 4-for-4 with 4 RBIs and 4 runs scored.
"Too much Jesús Tisnado today," Bats manager Rafael Sorondo said. "That's my assessment of the game. That's what our problems boiled down to."
Jesús Tisnado hit a solo-shot off Ron Huggins in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Ron Huggins in the 4th and hit a solo-shot off Dave Carbone in the 6th.
This season Tisnado has hit at a .324 clip with 80 RBIs, 27 home runs and 60 runs scored. He has played in 100 games.
