Year Over for Privateers Dorney Thursday, August 3rd, 2028 After the end of today's game between Portland and Chattanooga, Jeff Dorney skipped the clubhouse and headed straight for the doctor's office. After he was removed from the game as a precaution after making a defensive play, the Privateers had their worst fears confirmed when it turned out to be more serious. The left fielder will miss at least 7 months with a torn labrum. Dorney is hitting .280 in 2028 with 38 RBIs and 7 home runs. |
