Today at Bass Ballpark, the Creighton Blue Jays fell to the North Carolina Tar Heels despite a splendid performance by right fielder Steve Edwards.
Edwards had an exceptional day at the plate, tagging Tar Heels pitching for 5 base hits, but it was not enough for Creighton to come away with the win. North Carolina whipped Creighton by a score of 10-9.
