SL1 Player of the Week Chosen Monday, July 27th, 2026 A hot-hitting week got Steve Brown the Sub League 1 Player of the Week trophy. He really wore out his welcome with league pitchers. The Hartford catcher slammed them for a .667 average, 14 hits in 21 at-bats, 1 home run, 7 RBIs and scored 11 runs. In the postgame press conference, Brown shared his hitting philosophy with the BNN scribes: "Just look for the seams and hit between them... nothin' more than that." |
