Otsego HS Pitcher Racks Up Outstanding Pitcher Award Thursday, June 17th, 2027 He's in the early phase of his career, but this past season Gerard Pérez performed like a veteran on the hill for the Otsego HS Bulldogs and walked away with the High School CL Outstanding Pitcher Award in the process. The 17-year-old Bulldogs star fashioned a 4-2 won-loss record in 2027 with a 2.86 ERA. In 44 innings of work and 9 starts, Pérez struck out 60 while giving up 39 hits and 14 walks. He held opposing batters to a .229 average. Marcos Lozano of the Bishop Verot HS finished second in voting, while Barrett Perry of the Maize HS finished third. |
