Mark Phillips Out for 11 Months Thursday, April 29th, 2027 Oregon State learned today that they will be without starting pitcher Mark Phillips for 11 months. Phillips was injured throwing a pitch and sustained a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. He was hurt in the game against the Virginia Cavaliers.
