Spears Week's Best Player Monday, April 26th, 2027 It was announced today that North Carolina second baseman Joe Spears had received the NCAA Player of the Week Award for his impressive play last week. All week long he was terrific at the plate and won the honor with a .481 BA (13-for-27), 5 home runs and 9 RBIs. So far this season Spears has 5 home runs and a .356 batting average. |
