Allison Spins No-Hitter Monday, May 18th, 2026 Myron Allison of the Indiana Hoosiers was certainly the King of the Hill today in the NCAA. He really did a number on the Boston College Eagles -- and that number was zero -- the number of hits he gave up in his 5-0 victory at Sembower Field. "I can't believe I got a no-hitter!" said an exuberant Allison after the game. "That is the last thing you think about when you go out to the mound. You just want to win the game. The toughest part was the last couple of innings. Everybody in the ballpark knows you have a no-hitter, including me. That was the hard part, keeping your focus and concentration while your heart is pounding." Allison recorded 14 strikeouts and 3 walks in his sensational performance. On the season Allison has 3 wins and 2 losses and a 2.40 ERA. |
