Camacho on Fire, 5-for-6 Against Eau Claire Sunday, May 23rd, 2027 Jasper left fielder António Camacho had a big day at Legion Ball Park today against the Eau Claire Esquires. The 24-year-old, who is not typically considered a big threat with the bat, went 5-for-6 and led the Cougars to a 13-2 triumph over Eau Claire. "Hey, I'm as surprised as you guys are," Camacho said in his postgame comments, smiling as he scolded the press corps for underestimating him. "Maybe I'm not so bad at the plate after all." António Camacho singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, hit a two-run single in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit a two-run double in the 9th.
