APL's Premier Batter Picked Wednesday, September 1st, 2027 Aaron Grizzle may be much younger than other hitters in the Appalachian League, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in August to win the Batter of the Month award. The 23-year-old Pensacola third baseman hit .363 with 5 home runs, 27 RBIs and 28 runs scored. Grizzle is currently batting .310 with 9 home runs and 59 RBIs. |
