Simmons on Fire, Named Player of the Week Monday, August 9th, 2027 Thomas Simmons of the State College Spikes had a fantastic week and today was voted the Player of the Week by the Appalachian League. For the week Simmons batted .486 (18-for-37) with 4 home runs and 21 RBIs. Simmons currently has a .302 batting average with 130 hits, 31 homers, 122 RBIs, 99 runs scored and a .400 OBP. |
