Minnesota's Brown to Miss Season
Monday, September 6th, 2027
Kurt Brown will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Minnesota reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Brown was injured while throwing a pitch in the Death Stars-Pride clash at Pride Field recently. Doctors said he has a torn rotator cuff and would be out a minimum of 4-5 months.

Brown has earned no saves and a 7-3 mark this season with a 4.71 earned run average in 59 relief appearances. He has worked 84 innings, yielded 109 hits, struck out 59 batters and walked 50.
