Jaxx Dundon to Miss Year Thursday, June 24th, 2027 Bill Dundon at first refused to leave today's Lee's Summit-Erie game after he suffered a torn rotator cuff while throwing a pitch. But his manager convinced him not to be foolish. "I want to be on the field," the feisty Erie starting pitcher said. "I'll play through just about anything." Given time to reflect on the situation, he knew it was in his best interest to get immediate treatment. The injury is expected to keep Dundon out of action for 4 months. This year Dundon has compiled a 1-0 mark with a 5.87 ERA. |
