ESL Announces Outstanding Pitcher Award Friday, October 15th, 2027 The Eastern League Outstanding Pitcher Award for 2027 has been presented and the winner is Reading bullpen ace Armando Rodríguez. Rodríguez excelled with no saves in no save opportunities, a 3.18 ERA and a 16-5 record. In 212.1 innings he struck out 227 and gave up 192 hits and 73 walks. Juan Martínez of the Reading Rainbows finished second in voting, while Curt Watkins of the Rio Grande Rattlesnake finished third. |
