Season-Ending Injury for Jesús Sosa Sunday, August 29th, 2027 The season is apparently over for Jesús Sosa. The Salem Silver Souls medical staff informed the club that the center fielder will be out at least 6 months with a torn labrum. Sosa was hurt in the game against Santa Fe while throwing the ball. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. On the year Sosa is hitting .276 with 115 hits, 13 home runs, 63 RBIs, .411 OBP and has scored 72 runs. |
