Bryant Fires No-Hitter Against Menlo Thursday, September 9th, 2027 The Red Deer Wranglers were just hoping for a solid outing from William Bryant. Instead, they got something special. The 28-year-old hurler tossed a no-hitter against the Menlo Maniacs, helping the Wranglers take the 6-0 win. "I felt pretty good throughout the game," he said after his spectacular outing for the Wranglers. "As I was going into the ninth inning, I wasn't nervous. I knew I had a chance to do something special." Bryant's repertoire has a splitter, change up, forkball, fastball, and, and he used it all to full advantage, keeping the Menlo hitters off balance all game long. The Red Deer hurler fanned 7 and walked 2 in his history-making performance. "His splitter looked about the size of a watermelon seed and it hissed at you as it passed," Menlo manager Terry Rogers joked after the game.
