Season May Be Over for Maniacs Castro Monday, September 6th, 2027 The Menlo Maniacs were dealt a blow today when starting pitcher Pedro Castro left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Castro has suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. To date this season Castro sports a 2-7 mark with a 7.11 ERA in 13 starting assignments. He has held the opposition to a .301 batting average and has 73 strikeouts in 74.2 innings. |
