The Cape Cod Clams whipped the Havana Rollers 7-6 and third baseman Yasuhiro Kobayashi showed off a hot bat, going 5-for-6 at the plate. "Some days, lady luck is on your side," Kobayashi told BNN reporters after the game. Clams manager Gerald O'Brien told the beat writers otherwise, calling the 31-year-old "focused and patient."
