"We thought we had a better chance than this," said reliever Sergio Vargas. "It's a big disappointment." Wisconsin last appeared in the postseason in 2009. This is their 18th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 18 times in their 20-year history. |
