Stars Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Wednesday, August 25th, 2027 The baseball world has known for a long time that the Trenton Stars were not destined for the playoffs this year. But now it is official, as the team was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. Trenton last appeared in the postseason in 2021. This is their 6th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 15 times in their 20-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Stars have missed the playoffs 6 times. |
