Skipper Gaudreau Told to Go, Sacked by Ducks Wednesday, June 30th, 2027 The Waba Ducks are in need of a manager. They fired Simon Gaudreau today. Contacted at home by BNN, Gaudreau admitted that there was some tension over his departure, but that it was "probably for the best." When pressed, Gaudreau was bullish about his future: "We had our ups and we had our downs, but right now I am focusing on the next stage of my career... wherever that may be. I still love the game of baseball and still think I can do the job. The Ducks are not the only team in the world." Waba officials gave no word on who the new skipper would be. |
